So you think you're self aware?

"Research suggests that when we see ourselves clearly, we are more confident and more creative. We make sounder decisions, build stronger relationships, and communicate more effectively. We're less likely to lie, cheat and steal. We are better workers who get more promotions and we're more effective leaders with more satisfied employees and more profitable companies".
As the business world progresses towards more technology, artificial intelligence and the rise of robotics in the work force - skills such as emotional intelligence and self awareness are critical components to an individuals ability to thrive and succeed.
It is no longer important to have the best education or be the most intelligent person in the room. No one gives a sh*t what private school you went to. What matters is that you have the humility and the courage to look deep inside and take yourself on, to understand and heal the darkest parts of you, to choose to step into your light - day after day and be willing to let go of all the stuff that's holding you back. That's self awareness and it's not a one stop shop, it's a way of life, a continual learning journey & I hear that it's worth it.
