Here’s how
We support girls to grow up with high self-esteem and big dreams.
Women are the backbone of our communities. With confidence and unwavering belief in themselves, girls can truly run the world (hello, Kamala). We will achieve this promise through 2 initiatives that are specifically geared towards girls.
Our actions
We will provide a scholarship to 3 girls for Girl in the Wild camp, a life-changing experience that teaches girls to love and believe in themselves. (Value $10K)
AND
We will fast track a Leadership Mentoring Session with Quartz Group. (Value $500)
We provide training to businesses that exposes and limits unconscious bias in their recruitment process.
Unconscious bias is a reality for every single business and brand, across industries. We can never fully eradicate it, but with training and tools, we can learn to identify it and stop it in its tracks, with the ultimate goal of creating safe and fair opportunities for all.
Our actions
We host 3 D,I and E workshops to address Unconscious Bias for 3 female-based Non-Profit Organizations in 2021.
We support candidates to identify and land purpose and life-aligned roles.
With over 30 years combined experience in recruitment and HR, we know a thing or two about empowering the path to your purpose. We are committed to helping all of our candidates to not only discover their dream career, but to step into it with confidence and joy.
Our Actions
We willcreate 3 free resources with expert insights to help our community discover their purpose. We will follow up with 3 Q&A sessions on our instagram to share our expert tips.
We invest in mothers’ ability to translate their skills to the job market.
As working mothers, we know all too well the disproportionate opportunities and treatment that women face as primary caregivers. That’s why we are passionate about helping mothers returning to work and those negotiating new roles or maternity leave. Moms, we ‘ve got you.
Our actions
We sponsor 2 mothers nominated by their communities and give them free enrolment in The Get Hired Formula, our signature 4 step program.
