"Self awareness is the most commonly coached topic among CEO's" according to executive search firm Korn Ferry. This really struck me. Yes I was surprised that self awareness made the top of the list but it also got me wondering, how many CEO's seek management coaching?

TLNT's article goes on to quote Eric Schmidt, former Google CEO "The one thing people are never good at is seeing themselves as others see them..." 

So if those at the top of their game, that have reached the pinnacle of their careers are seeking coaching, why aren't ALL of us? Of course many of us soak up the latest business book or leadership podcast but wouldn't it be beneficial to get feedback on how you are applying that knowledge to your everyday?
