We love your focus around coaching and inspiring people. Tell us a little more about Talent Lab – how did that project manifest?
We saw a huge need to create a resource for the HR and Talent Acquisition community to seek out progressive, inspirational and useful information. The Talent Lab site and conferences are designed to follow the latest people trends, and provoke thinking on the human side of running a business. Our purpose is to awaken individuals to their full potential.
