What Does It Feel like When You Are Empowered?
This year for International Women’s Day we wanted to DIG deeper.
‘Empowered’ is a word that we throw around these days and it’s almost (if not already) in ‘buzz word’ territory. But what does it actually mean and more specifically, what does it FEEL like when you are Empowered?
We got curious and asked 4 women what it FEELS like to be empowered. Check out what said below and check in with yourself on what it FEELS like for you and get connected to that feeling.

I’m most alive when I’m living my values of learning from a variety of leaders and organizations; speaking and acting with integrity; and traveling the world to discover new cultures.

An uninterrupted night’s sleep and a good cup of coffee, early in the morning, before the house wakes up. (I have a 4yr old and a 1yr old. At the moment, that’s about as much self care as I get on the regular) .

So much. Family that is healthy. Love. My support network 🙏🙏. This spectacular city that I get to call home. The sheer luck that is mine to be a woman in this time and place in history. And for every day that I get to try harder. Do (or fail) better. And try again the next day.
